These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "MOMORDIKA" EOOD (a company registered under the Commercial Code of the Republic of Bulgaria), with management address:

on the one hand, and the users of the electronic services located at the domain www.glucoprim.com (called the site for short).

These terms are binding on all users.

By registering on the site, as well as clicking on the various functional buttons located on the site (except for the link to the present general conditions), the user accepts and undertakes to comply with these general conditions.

All products offered on the website www.glucoprim.com are intended both for personal use at home and in the professional sphere in restaurants, bars and establishments. User Registration

In order to be able to place an order with us for products found on the site, it is necessary to register.

When registering, you should enter the delivery address, your first and last name, contact phone number, and e-mail.
After successful email registration, you will receive a link to activate your account.

After activating your account, you have the right and opportunity to change the entered data, as well as to change the delivery address for each order.
When placing an order, you can fill in the details of your company in order to be issued a tax invoice.

When creating a profile in our system and you are a customer of the "establishment" type, it is recommended that you enter an up-to-date address of the object, billing data and phone number, so that the data already entered in our system can be automatically synchronized.

The customer is obliged to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current legislation.

The Seller will issue the Customer an invoice for the ordered and delivered goods / services provided based on the information provided by the Customer.

Delivery terms:

• All orders received on the vop.com website are sent with the Econt courier company within 48 hours;
• All orders received by 2:00pm on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day subject to availability of all items;
• Orders received after 14:00 are shipped the next working day;
• Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays;
• For delivery on Saturday to a personal address, an additional fee of BGN 2.90 is charged to the courier service, provided that the courier company makes deliveries on the day and it is not a public holiday;

• The delivery fee is calculated according to the rates of the courier company Econt, and it depends on the parameters of the items you ordered. If you would like to be informed what the delivery fee will be, you can add it as a comment before finalizing your order;
• In the case of orders with delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria, the delivery fee and the transport company with which your order can be sent to the place of your choice are specified in advance.
  

Delivery times

• For settlements with an Econt office - on the next working day after sending the order.
• For settlements without an Econt office - according to Econt's service schedule up to 3 working days after dispatch.
• From Ekontomat - from 1 to 2 working days, depending on the time of dispatch.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your shipment within the time frame you desire.

The specified deadlines are for informational purposes, as for reasons beyond our control and the workload of the courier company, there may be a delay in delivery.

In the event of an unreasonable delay, you have the right to cancel your order and, in the event that it has been paid, to refund the amount within 30 days.

Payment methods

1. Cash on delivery.
2. By bank transfer: When choosing this method of payment, when making a transfer, you must specify the order number. The transfer is made to the bank account of the company "MOMORDIKA" EOOD, as follows:

Cancellation of already received order

Due to the nature of the products sold, cancellation of an order already received is not possible.
